Implementing Task-based Learning (TBL) for Learning German in Indonesia

An effective approach is needed to implement life-based learning and improve students’ capability in mastering using the German language. A task-based one such method that supports prioritizes learning. Gradually arranged assignments exercises are expected help develop learner’s language competence. Appropriate tasks should be selected so objectives could achieved optimally. Therefore, this research optimize quality of through a accordance with modern guidelines prioritize improvement teachers’ capabilities Indonesia. The current study used qualitative design see effectiveness Rückwärtsplanung planning model for Data were taken from 30 German-language teachers all over Indonesia who took part e-workshop researchers themselves other collaborators. data lesson-plan document prepared by outcomes lesson plans created approach. results showed most had not yet fully adapted model. Teachers difficulty determining right assigned task, do support achievement goals.
